~Indoor ceremony in Pavilion, with decorated arbor backdrop.

(Serves as another back up weather plan, no room flip fee)

*Premium cake cutting service, use of our cake knife & elegant silver cake plateaus,
displayed on our award winning cake table

*Set up & clean up, full banquet staff including banquet captain, coordinator & uniformed parking attendant

*Elegant ballroom seated reception, strolling reception or partial seated/strolling reception (depends on guest count)

*Wood parquet dance floor, dressed tables & gold chiavari chairs

* Use of mirrors, votive holders and choice of glassware with candles for centerpieces

*Choice of colored toppers over full length Ivory linens for all indoor tables, Ivory cloth napkins

*All china, glassware, silverware, serving utensils and catering display décor

*Traditional buffet with coffee or punch station for up to 100 guests ($40 per person)

*One tabled display of your choice for cocktail hour ($5 per person)

*Two butler passed hors d’ouevres (one $2 option, one $4 option)

*Professionally baked wedding cake

*DJ – Ceremony & Reception (5 hours total)

*LED up lighting package

*Premium linen and napkin upgrade for guest tables (13 tables)

*We do not charge vendors a fee, you may add outside vendors to package

*All food and beverage provided by Hudson Manor L.L.C., outside catering not permitted
