Do you include wedding planning, direction and coordination?
In order to ease any stress leading up to and on the day of your event, The Hudson Manor Estate provides full wedding ceremony direction and coordination both at your rehearsal and on your wedding day. A preferred vendor list is provided to you after booking to help you choose any outside vendors.
Do you offer All Inclusive Wedding Packages?
We offer the most complete All Inclusive Wedding packages in the area. We've been doing All Inclusive Weddings since we opened 8 years ago and were the first to offer such a convenience in this area. Please check our Wedding Packages tab for the latest information.
Do you offer outdoor and indoor ceremony's?
Our Lakeview Columned Garden or Covered Terrace are favorite outdoor ceremony sites, although we can arrange to hold your ceremony in our Grand Ballroom. We will also flip the ceremony into the Grand Ballroom if the weather is in climate with no extra fee...an excellent back up plan.
How do I secure my date?
Once you've made your decision to book a date, we require a signed contract and a $2,000 deposit. This will hold your date and the deposit will be credited to your final balance.
Is there a clean up fee?
We include set up and clean up in all of our packages. We do require a security deposit check in the amount of $500 to be held in case of damages, overtime, etc., 30 days prior to your event.
Do you allow outside catering?
The Hudson Manor provides full service on site catering for your convenience and peace of mind. Our delicious menus have earned us high praise from our past clientele and our peers. Glenn Cogliati one of the owners, is the head chef. With a top notch kitchen staff including executive chef Jay Brittingham, Glenn has surrounded himself with a most experienced crew. Twice a year we hold semi private tastings for our clients and prospective clients.
Are both ladies and men's dressing areas provided?
When you choose to hold your wedding ceremony here at The Hudson Manor, the Manor House is open for you to arrive early and dress. There are separate rooms for ladies and men to use that include well appointed baths.
