> Wedding Rehearsal with Coordinator, usually the day/eve before

> Exclusive use of Estate for 8 hours (pre Ceremony ~ 3 hours, Ceremony & photos ~ 1 hour & ~ 4 hour Reception)
> Bridal Suites for wedding party to dress in Manor House
> Use of the Estate for 3 hour portrait session with your Photographer (must be scheduled through Coordinator)
> Outdoor Ceremony including white chairs on the Lake View Terrace or Columned Garden
    or
Indoor Ceremony in Pavilion, with decorated arbor backdrop (also back up weather plan, no flip fee)     or
Louisburg United Methodist Church Sanctuary (must be booked at least 30 days in advance)
> Elegant Ballroom Reception includes wood parquet dance floor, tables & gold Chivari chairs (up to 150)
> Choose from a wide selection of fabulous colored table linens
> Premium cake cutting service and use of our elegant silver cake plateau's
> Set up & Clean up

Saturday Rates: $4,600 with food minimum of $4,750

Sunday Rates: $4,600 with food minimum of $4,000

Friday rates: $3,500 with no food minimum

Specials: January & February $1,000 off rental fee
