Do we need to hire a wedding planner?
In our 19 years in business, we have learned that providing our clients with wedding direction and day of coordination is essential to ensure every event runs smoothly. That's why every package includes these services as well as a tried and true preferred vendor list for help choosing your vendors, although you may hire your own approved vendors.
Are tables, chairs & linens included?
We include up to 200 ceremony chairs and 200 reception chairs (140 Chivari & Satin covered padded folding). We also include up to 18 60" round tables, Two Custom Built Farm Tables for indoors and extra guest seating under the covered veranda if needed, all required banquet & cake tables and other requested tables from our stock. Full length linens in your choice of color & napkins ordered through our preferred rental company are included for round guest tables, other tables dressed in black spandex. Farm Tables do not require linens.
Do you have on site catering and beverage service?
The Co-owner, Glenn Cogliati is the head chef and will provide an extensive menu to choose from. Nicolas Cogliati the General Sales Manager, also owns and runs Dean's Greens NC. Micro greens and produce grown on premise using organic practices and used in our menus when available. We do hold a beer and wine license and offer specialty drinks - alcoholic and non alcoholic.
Do you have a back up plan for outdoor ceremony's?
Yes, we have the ultimate back up plan in our on site wedding chapel. Everyone welcome, decor up to you. It's use for ceremony is always included in every package whether you'd like to use it from the get go or just as a back up to an outdoor ceremony.
Do we have to use your preferred vendors?
You may decide to start with a base package (Venue fee, Food & Beverage minimum + gratuity & tax) and add your own choice of outside vendors with approval. Although we have a preferred list of outside vendors we highly recommend using, we do allow you to choose your own. Onsite services such as catering and beverage are provided through The Hudson Manor exclusively.
Do you do more than one wedding a day?
We usually only host one wedding a weekend, with Rehearsals done on Fridays.
