Do we need to hire a wedding planner?
Throughout our 20 years in the industry, we've gained invaluable insights, understanding the significance of offering wedding direction and day-of coordination to our cherished clients. We firmly believe that these services are fundamental in ensuring the seamless execution of every event we host. As part of our commitment to making your special day stress-free and memorable, each package we offer includes these essential services.
Are tables, chairs & linens included?
As part of our comprehensive wedding package, we are pleased to provide you with seating and table options to accommodate your ceremony and reception needs. You'll have access to up to 200 ceremony chairs for your wedding ceremony, ensuring that your guests are comfortably seated as they witness your special moment.
For the reception, we offer a mix of 180 chairs, including 140 Chivari chairs and Ivory Satin covered padded folding chairs, to add an elegant touch to your event. In addition, we include up to 18 60" round tables, perfect for your guests to gather around during the celebration. To add a touch of rustic charm, we provide Two Custom Built Farm Tables for indoor use, and if necessary, we can arrange extra guest seating under the covered veranda.
All the essential tables, including banquet tables, cake tables, and any other requested tables from our stock, are included in the package to ensure you have everything you need for your event.
For a sophisticated touch, a selection of full-length linens and napkins in your choice of color for the round guest tables ordered through our preferred rental company are also included. Additionally, we provide black spandex linens for other tables, adding a sleek and contemporary look. Please note that the Farm Tables do not require linens, preserving their natural appeal.
Our goal is to create a stunning and welcoming atmosphere for your wedding, with every detail meticulously considered, leaving you with wonderful memories of your special day.
Do you have on site catering and beverage service?
Yes, we take great pride in offering on-site catering including our "gourmet buffet" and beverage services for your convenience. As the Co-owner, Glenn Cogliati, serves as the head chef, you can expect a delightful culinary experience with an extensive menu to choose from. Our commitment to quality is evident in the use of produce grown on the premises using organic practices whenever available, ensuring a fresh and flavorful dining experience.
In addition to our delectable food options, we hold a beer and wine license, allowing us to offer a delightful selection of beverages to complement your celebration. You can indulge in specialty drinks such as Sangria and Mimosas, adding a touch of uniqueness to your event. If you're interested in including liquor drinks at your reception, don't hesitate to inquire about the possibilities. Our goal is to cater to your specific preferences, making your special day truly unforgettable.
Do you have a back up plan for outdoor ceremonies?
Absolutely, our commitment to ensuring a seamless and worry-free wedding experience extends to providing the ultimate back-up plan in our on-site wedding chapel. This charming chapel serves as a versatile space where everyone is welcome to celebrate love and commitment. You have the freedom to personalize the decor according to your preferences, allowing you to create a truly unique and memorable atmosphere.
The use of our wedding chapel for the ceremony is always included in every package we offer. Whether you envision using it as the primary location for your ceremony or as a backup option in case of inclement weather during an outdoor ceremony, you can rest assured that it will be available to you. We want you to feel confident that no matter the circumstances, your special day will be marked by joy and love in a beautiful setting. Your happiness is our priority, and we're thrilled to be a part of creating cherished memories that will last a lifetime.
Do we have to use your preferred vendors?
Experience the flexibility to begin with our base package, which covers the Venue fee, Food & Beverage minimum, along with gratuity and tax. You have the freedom to customize your event by incorporating your preferred outside vendors, subject to approval. While we do have a list of preferred outside vendors that come highly recommended, we understand the importance of personal choices and grant you the option to choose your own.
It's worth noting that The Hudson Manor exclusively provides onsite services, including catering and beverages, ensuring that you receive top-notch service, amazing food and a seamless event experience.
Do you do more than one wedding a day?
We never book more than one wedding per day and usually only host one wedding a weekend, with rehearsals done on Fridays.
