RECEPTION
~ Hudson Manor Event Director/Coordinator/Manager on site for duration of event

~ Exclusive use of the Grand Ballroom, Manor House, Wedding Chapel and grounds
~ Extensive white string lighting surrounding Grand Ballroom
~ Cushioned Lounge seating under covered porch, 3 cocktail tables
~ 60” round tables to seat 8-10 guests, gold chivari chairs, choice of sweetheart table
~ Accent tables, 2 large Farm Tables

The Hudson Manor Estate only hosts ONE wedding per weekend with rehearsals the day before.
Must add applicable sales tax currently 6.75% (no tax on DJ fee). Gratuity is 22% on all F&B.
See menus for F&B pricing & policies. All Food/Beverage provided by Hudson Manor LLC outside
catering not permitted with the exception of a wedding cake/dessert. All Dinnerware, silverware,
available décor, etc., from our stock. Use of our Ivory gold rimmed China dinner plates, flatware,
glassware, cake knife included. Alcohol & Bartending available through Hudson Manor LLC only.
All outside vendors must be approved before booking. Liability Insurance required (about $150).
This package includes 3 hours for dressing in the Manor House, 4.5 hours from start of ceremony to
end of reception. Dressing hours may not be used towards added reception time.
All set up and clean up are done outside of your time on site, charges for this time do not apply.
